Merger by absorption of Lyxor MSCI North America UCITS ETF

We are pleased to inform you of the merger by absorption of Lyxor MSCI North America UCITS ETF into Lyxor S&P 500 UCITS ETF. The effective date of the merger is scheduled on 10 February 2023.

We believe that this merger will allow for a larger fund size, and achieve economies of scale in the management of the fund that will directly benefit investors, while getting exposure to the same target asset classes.
