Amundi, European leading asset manager and ETF provider1 announces the launch of its first three active equity UCITS ETFs, designed to give investors access to World, European and Eurozone equity markets through a simple and transparent ETF format. Listed on Xetra, these new solutions build on Amundi’s longstanding expertise in active equity management and ETF.

Designed as core allocation building blocks for a broad range of investors, these ETFs draw on a dual investment approach as they combine fundamental and quantitative stock selection. They seek to outperform their respective equity reference indices2 while maintaining a balanced level of risk through diversification3, providing investors with an effective way to gain equity exposure.

With this launch, Amundi continues to expand its active ETF offering, in line with its ambition to build a range of 20 active ETFs by 2028, amid rising demand for active management in ETF format. In Europe, equity strategies account for 73% of inflows into active UCITS ETFs, with investor interest also growing in systematic and quantitative solutions.

« This launch reflects our ambition to continue expanding our active ETF range, guided by our culture of innovation and our client-centric approach. By combining Amundi’s active equity investment capabilities with our long-standing ETF expertise and the operational efficiency of our platform, we are offering clients another way to access equity markets, including through strategies that combine quantitative and fundamental approaches.»

Gilles Dauphiné, Head of Wealth and ETF Solutions at Amundi

«We are pleased to bring this new solution to investors, backed by 35 years of experience in active management and our quant expertise. As investors increasingly look for additional source of alpha and diversification beyond core exposure, these ETFs use data-driven models to enhance stock selection and portfolio construction while offering the benefit of the ETF wrapper.»
